How long does it take to build your New Patient Acquisition Machine?

It all depends on the complexity of the site, the number of funnels that we build,  and the desired outcome.  It typically takes 3-4 weeks to build a great website and funnel from start to finish.  If we are going to be creating new content like videos for the site and writing your copy (words on the site) from scratch, it will obviously take a little longer.

What if I am not on Social Media?
Well, there is no time better than the present to get you all setup.  I will get you setup on Google, and on Facebook and Youtube.  If you feel that we can be succesful on other social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram I am happy to setup all of your sites for you.
How quickly can we get started?
I am not a huge marketing agency.  That is why my clients love me.  I am only able to take on a handful of clients at a time.  So based on your needs we will develop a plan that will work for all parties involved.  Typically I can get started right away in building your website and meeting with you to discuss our social media/digital marketing strategy.
Why do you love doing this so much?

There are very few Integrative physicians and practitioners that don’t want to attract new patients to their practice.  The reality is, your practice is a business and in order for you to help improve the health of your patients you need to make a profit and have a thriving practice.  

That’s why I love doing this!  I know that with my help you can accomplish your dreams of practicing medicine in a better way.  People need to know about all of the great things that you are doing, and I am here to be your voice.  To promote you and your clinic to the world and at the same time help to increase revenue and strengthen the financial health of your practice.

Monthly Retainer

I charge a flat montly retainer for my services that cover all of my work in maintaining and managing your website and funnels.

Ongoing social media

Don’t try to do it all on your own.  Let me help you.  I know what to post, and when and who to target.  I love this stuff, so you don’t have to.

No long term Contracts

I don’t believe in long-term contracts that lock you into a service for a set amount of time.  I do need at least a 90 day commitment to begin working.  After that…you are free to cancel your services with me at any time for any reason, no questions asked.
