## Who we are

- Founder and CEO: Jeff Igoe. 21+ years in medical marketing. Has launched or owned 18 clinics. Creator of IgoeScan (https://igoescan.com/).
- Track record: 300+ medical practices helped, $275M+ in revenue generated for physicians, since 2012.
- Positioning: owner-operators, not tech bros. We have run our own clinics, so we know the business from the doctor's side of the desk.
- Who we work with: physician-led practices in the United States, mainly functional medicine, regenerative medicine, longevity, chiropractic, vein, wound care and other specialty clinics. All marketing is local, targeted to the practice's own market.

## The 4 Fundamentals (what we do, in order)

1. AI-Visible Website (IgoeScan): $497 a month. A website built so the practice is found on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity. Includes the branded Reviews app and monthly updates. This is the foundation. It comes first.

3. Google Ads: $997 a month plus ad spend. Search campaigns written to get approved in the medical space.
4. Call Center: $997 a month plus one third of ad spend. Our own US team, healthcare only. They answer, qualify and book, and the practice hears every call.

Ad spend is paid by the practice directly to Meta and Google, not to CHC.

Video runs through everything CHC does. Every ad is video first and every website has video on it. Most agencies ask the practice to send videos. CHC gets them two ways: the Reviews app, where patients record on their own phone, and on-site shoots by partner 1110 Productions.

- Television: written, shot and placed with 1110 Productions. Quoted per project.
- Print: postcards, mailers and inserts with Superior. Quoted per project.
